About YrCoach

YrCoach was founded in 1999 by Janice Knight.  As a Human Resources Professional and Management Consultant for 18+ years, Janice realized that managers and professionals needed a safe place to be heard, acknowledged and recognized as human beings with individual dreams and passions.  Too many of the managers and professionals she consulted with were frustrated, overwhelmed and felt unappreciated in their jobs.  Janice felt that managers needed to have someone to listen to them and help them become strategic leaders of their own lives– both personally and professionally.  Many had become so overwhelmed and “deadened” by their jobs that they forgot what is was like to have dreams, to feel passionate about anything. They were stuck and didn’t know how to get out of the rut.  Janice became a certified professional co-active coach (CPCC) and certified dream coach (CDC™ ) to help managers and professionals reclaim their peace and ignite their passion.

Janice, a certified senior human resources professional (SPHR) and certified Co-Active Personal and Professional Life Coach (CPPC) and Certified Dream Coach (CDC™),  brings 20+ years of  experience working with people in entrepreneurial, corporate and not-for-profit environments. 

 

As the CEO of Knight Line Consulting, a human resources management consulting firm, and YrCoach,  Janice understands people and the business environment.  To enhance her ability to serve her clients, Janice has completed advanced training classes at The Coaches Training Institute and Dream Coach U.  She is also a member of the International Coaches Federation and the Graduate School of Coaching (Coachville) and Society of Human Resource Professionals.
