yourself to make the changes you desire, regularly scheduled coaching
works best. You pay for your sessions in advance on a monthly basis,
via check or Pay Pal (which offers payment by credit cards) via
automatic deductions. Each session is one hour (by phone or in person in Grass Valley office) and includes an ECap (written summary of your session emailed to you within 24 hours), plus brief email and phone access to coach in between sessions.

Just In Time Coaching
There will be times when you need immediate help with a pressing issue and you know coaching will help you sort out your thoughts, get clarity on the issue, explore solutions and get into action. I call that "just in time coaching". Just in time coaching is also useful after you have completed regular coaching and just want to check in for accountability and motivation to stay on track- perhaps a quarterly or annual check-in. You simply pick up the phone and I'll schedule you no later than 24 hours (unless I am on vacation, of course).
